I am looking for a new product that is not shown in this collection, where do I get them from?
The products available on this site have been carefully chosen and curated based on both how well they represent the PwC Brand and so they align with the firm's sustainability goals, including working with social enterprises. Can I use my own supplier?
PwC has carefully selected a list of preferred suppliers who have been chosen based on shared values. If you would like to order a product which is currently not shown on this site, please contact [email protected] with your request and we’ll be in contact to discuss.
How do I order?
Once product selection and quantities have been added to the basket, you will then be prompted through the check out process. Once payment has been made, an order confirmation will be sent by email. Subsequent emails upon dispatch will follow in due course.
What payment methods are accepted?
Only Credit card payments will be accepted within the store.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Stocked products - there is no minimum order quantity, live stock figures show the exact quantity available
Pre-Order products - the MOQ is as per the first price break shown. Any quantity can be ordered above the MOQ.
Can I order different quantities to those shown?
As long as the quantity is above the minimum listed then any volume can be ordered. The quantities shown are merely price break levels.
I would like my own design printed on the items I order, can I do this?
The designs are pre-approved and orders via this site are for those designs only. If you require a different design please contact at [email protected]
I have an event date that is closer than the delivery lead time stated, what can I do?

If you place your order before 1pm (Monday - Friday), we can
dispatch the same day. The approx transit times as as follows:
- UK mainland - Standard next working day service
- Belfast - Standard 2 working days service
- Jersey and Guernsey - Standard (upto) 4-5 working days service
Please note that due to high demands on the couriers, delays in transit may
occur, resulting in your end delivery date being affected.
I would like to know how my order is progressing, how do I find out?

Can Fluid Branding dispatch to multiple countries?
Yes! We can ship orders globally and can even ship part orders to multiple global destinations. Please note you may need to factor in additional time for international orders in line with customs procedures. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
I have an international event what do I need to do?
Please email [email protected] as we will need to check transit times and costs.
We will need a full delivery address, event date and contact person.
